You've been doing good design for a few years. You know the tools. You're fast enough. And lately you're wondering if you're being challenged, or if you're just executing the same brief in a different colour palette.

At Pangolin, Creative Leads set the visual standard for our clients. You'll shape how B2B tech brands, some of them genuinely boring products, look and feel in the world. You'll push back on briefs that have the wrong premise. You'll mentor junior designers. And you'll have opinions about why that font choice is wrong for that audience, and you'll be right.
