Senior Gear Manufacturing Engineer

Looking for someone to be a part of a leading manufacturer specializing in precision components and mechanical systems. As part of our strategic growth plan, we are expanding our gear manufacturing capabilities to better serve current markets and reach new customers. We're seeking an experienced Gear Manufacturing Engineer to play a key role in building and refining our gear production processes from the ground up.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and improve the gear manufacturing processes to optimize quality, cost, and efficiency
• Take ownership of improving and optimizing manufacturing methods to enhance quality, reduce cost, and drive efficiency.
• Create and maintain CNC programs, process documents, and operational standards for consistent production.
• Design tooling, fixtures, and inspection procedures that ensure precision and repeatability.
