About The RoleZICA BELLA is looking for a highly creative and execution-focused Lead Fashion Designer to work directly with the Founder and lead the design and product development process.
This is not a conventional designer role. We are looking for someone who understands fashion beyond sketches—someone who can transform ideas into production-ready products, manage timelines, guide other designers, and ensure collections are executed at the highest standard.
