Working with a leading global financial services firm in either their Sydney or Melbourne office, the Fund Accounting Manager will manage the transformation and implementation initiatives within the Australian Fund Accounting (unit pricing) groups, providing leadership and guidance to subordinate Senior Leads. They will conduct the performance management process, identify training and development needs, and establish performance standards for the business unit.
