Senior Functional Consultant - Payroll

As a **Senior** **Functional Consultant** , you will play a key role in understanding client business requirements, configuring and validating system solutions, and providing consultative experience throughout implementation and post‑implementation phases. This role requires strong functional expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure successful and timely delivery.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Work closely with clients to understand business and payroll requirements and translate them into system configurations for Vista Payroll and other HCM modules.
+ Conduct Kick-off and provide regular updates on Implementation status to project stakeholders
+ Review all pre-sales documentation and flag deviations
+ Responsible for accurate data and document collection, requirement gathering, blueprint documentation and sign-off as well as complete setup including access management.
