Senior Fullstack Developer – ADP SBS Division

We are hiring a Senior Fullstack Developer to build and maintain the RUN product, one of the most important Human Capital Management solutions at ADP. The role involves collaborating in a scrum team to design, develop, test, and deploy web applications integrated with backend microservices, APIs, and other systems.

What You’ll Do

• Participate in daily scrums to align on sprint goals and prioritize tasks.
• Design, develop, test, and deliver features in a two‑week sprint cycle, ensuring adherence to coding standards.
• Collaborate with product managers, analysts, architects, and QA to gather requirements, provide technical feasibility assessments, and prepare development artifacts.
• Conduct code walkthroughs and reviews, and support teammates in troubleshooting.
