Develops and deploys applications using Continuous Integration/ Deployment (CI/CD) tools – Jenkins, GIT, Salesforce.com. Develops and supports Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software solutions to support investment platforms. Implements process improvements within Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) environments — Agile. Builds software components on the Salesforce.com platform to facilitate technical reuse and excellence. Creates Salesforce.com applications using low code capabilities — Salesforce Flows and pro code capabilities — Salesforce Apex and Lightens Web Components. Works with Salesforce Communities/ Experience cloud or Marketing Cloud, Salesforce APIs, Apex Triggers, Classes, Callouts, SOQL, flows, Process Builder and Platform events.
