You are comfortable making architectural decisions, scaling cloud-native services, and contributing across the stack when needed. You Bring to Applaudo the Following Competencies:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of professional experience as a Full-Stack Engineer in production environments.
• Strong, hands-on experience building backend services using Java with Spring Boot.
