Senior Full Stack Developer

About The Role
We are hiring a Senior Full Stack Developer to help design, build, and operate mission-critical healthcare platforms. You'll work across the full development lifecycle, collaborating closely with DevOps, product, and clinical stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and compliant applications.
This is a hands-on senior role with meaningful influence over architecture, engineering standards, and technical decisions. Prior experience working in regulated environments is required.
What You Will Do:
Design, develop, and maintain full-stack healthcare applications using C#, .NET, and React
Build scalable backend services, APIs, and microservices supporting complex healthcare workflows
Develop secure, responsive, and high-performance front-end interfaces
Implement event-driven and message-based architectures
Partner with DevOps and SRE teams to deploy and operate applications on Azure and GCP
