Senior Frontend Developer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Frontend Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will own the end-to-end development of high-impact features, mentor junior engineers, and drive best practices that ensure our sales analytics products scale with the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and optimize complex React applications and reusable component libraries
• Lead technical design reviews and establish frontend coding standards across the team
• Collaborate with product, UX, and backend engineers to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions
• Diagnose and resolve performance bottlenecks, accessibility issues, and cross-browser inconsistencies
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through pair programming, code reviews, and knowledge-sharing sessions
• Own release planning, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing strategies to maintain >90 % test coverage
