Senior FP&A Lead

Overview

HeadQuarters is a global start-up that partners with US cannabis companies to provide support in finance, sales operations, and logistics. We are currently seeking a Senior FP&A Lead to join our growing accounting team.

Compensation: $2,500 - $3,000 gross per month. Working hours: 9am - 5pm PST (6pm - 2am for candidates in the Serbian time zone).

Responsibilities

• Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Develop detailed financial models and projections to assess business performance; conduct variance analysis; prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow); support leadership with financial insights on cost management, profitability, and ROI.
• Accounting & Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation of financial statements in accordance with GAAP; ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial records.
