As a Sr. Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist you will focus on financial planning and cost control within a manufacturing environment, with a key emphasis on CAPEX and manufacturing overhead (MVA) management. The role involves close collaboration with plant stakeholders to drive cost efficiency through forecasting, analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.What You'll Do:
- Lead MVA (manufacturing overheads) and CAPEX forecasting processes
- Perform variance and gap analysis against budget, quarter-to-quarter, year-over-year, and cost-to-complete metrics.
- Monitor and control CAPEX investments and manufacturing expenses within approved targets.
- Manage system approval processes related to CAPEX and MVA spending.
