Senior FP&A Analyst

A high-growth, private equity-backed organisation is seeking a commercially minded Senior FP&A Analyst to join its Finance team. This is a high-impact role partnering closely with senior stakeholders to drive financial planning, modelling and performance insight across the business.

Reporting to the FP&A Manager, you will play a key role in strengthening forecasting processes, enhancing financial modelling capability and delivering Board-quality reporting to support strategic decision-making. Suitable for 417 visas with the relevant experience.

The Role

Key responsibilities will include:

• Ownership and enhancement of the Group 3-statement financial model (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)

• Development of scenario modelling and business cases to support investment and capital allocation decisions
