Key Responsibilities Manage Food Safety & Quality throughout the company Conduct HIRA to identify any potential hazards that could affect the quality of the product. Assist in compilation & development of manuals, procedures & policies that will be included in the rolling out of Food Safety Program. Conduct internal and supplier FSMS audits. Conduct traceability exercise. Review of Customer/Supplier questionnaires. Verify all food safety documents and ensure conformance to specifications. Co-ordination & management of management reviews. Compilation of monthly reports. Monitoring of the FSMS documentation database. Distributing new versions to related depts., removing obsolete documents & updating distribution lists. Conduct routine inspections and audits. Investigation of Non-conformances & customer related complaints. Training of employees on food safety related policies & system. Participate in audits...
