About the Role

Eaton’s Electrical Critical Power Systems (CPS) is seeking a Senior Firmware Engineer to join our team in Vantaa, Finland. This position requires current residency in Finland. The Senior Firmware Engineer will lead the design, development, and validation of embedded firmware for high‑reliability UPS systems. You will collaborate with global engineering teams to deliver robust, scalable, and safety‑critical solutions that meet demanding performance standards.
