About the Role

We are looking for a high-performing Senior Financial Planning Assistant (FPA) to lead and strengthen our financial planning support team for an Australian advisory practice.

This role combines hands-on financial planning work with team leadership responsibilities . You will oversee junior FPAs, ensure quality and consistency of outputs, and take ownership of more complex financial planning tasks and problem-solving .

You will work closely with advisers and are expected to operate with strong accountability, sound judgment, and leadership , particularly in a high-standard and fast-paced environment.
