Senior Financial Planning Analyst

We are looking for a highly analytical and business-oriented finance professional to support strategic financial analysis, budgeting, business performance monitoring, and peer benchmarking for our fintech/NBFC business. The role will work closely with senior management on financial planning, portfolio analytics, profitability tracking, and key regulatory/business metrics monitoring. The ideal candidate should have strong understanding of NBFC/fintech financials, lending business economics, portfolio metrics, and management reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial & Business Analysis:

1. Perform detailed analysis of Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, and portfolio performance on a monthly and quarterly basis.

2. Conduct variance analysis between budgeted vs actual financial and operational numbers.

3. Analyze key business drivers including:
