Job Description

We’re looking for a Senior Financial Performance Analyst to join our Finance team and play a key role in shaping performance reporting, planning and insight delivery across Suncorp New Zealand.
Reporting to the Executive Manager, Financial Performance & Analysis, Capital & Investments, this role partners closely with senior leaders to provide high-quality financial reporting, forward-looking analysis, and leadership of the planning and budgeting process.

What you’ll be doing:
Lead the development of executive and Board financial performance reporting, including semi‑annual management and external reporting deliverables.

Prepare monthly performance reporting and key indicators, ensuring accuracy, insightfulness and alignment with business expectations.

Provide clear, commercially focused analysis that identifies performance drivers, risks and opportunities to support strategic decision‑making across the organisation.
