Senior Financial Controller

The Senior Financial Controller is a hands-on finance leader responsible for managing the full financial lifecycle of a complex, multinational organization. This role oversees everything from day-to-day General Ledger integrity to high-level strategic budgeting, forecasting, and multi-entity financial consolidation. The ideal candidate brings elite-tier accounting firm experience, strong technical expertise, and the ability to operate confidently within a global healthcare consultancy or similarly complex environment.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting & Analysis (FP&A)

• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, delivering in-depth analysis of variances, trends, and key performance indicators.
  

• Lead the annual budgeting process and quarterly rolling forecasts, collaborating closely with department heads to ensure financial alignment with strategic business objectives.
