Senior Financial Analyst

Job Description The Senior Financial Analyst plays a key role in supporting financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis across the organization. This position provides timely, accurate, and insightful financial information to support operational and strategic decision-making. The Senior Financial Analyst acts as a trusted business partner—analyzing financial and operational drivers, identifying trends and risks, and recommending opportunities to improve financial performance, efficiency, and resource utilization. The role also supports continuous improvement of financial processes, reporting tools, and systems.

Hours of Work 34 hours/week. Mon - Thurs: 8:00 AM-4:00 PM, Fri: 8:00 AM-3:00 PM. This is a hybrid work-from-home role.

Reports to Director, Finance

Compensation Hiring salary range: $80,000 to $95,000 per year, depending on skills and experience.
