Senior Financial Analyst

Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for processing and analyzing financial data, driving financial performance, and ensuring compliance with government funding regulations.

The successful candidate will bring critical thinking, a strong attention to detail, and a desire to dig in to learn the business while supporting a culture that prioritizes excellent care for patients and residents across Canada.

This position will be based at our Head Office in Markham, Ontario. Extendicare offers a hybrid working environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Support the annual budgeting process, including preparation, monthly forecasting, and budget-to-actual variance analysis with clear explanations in collaboration with operations.
