Working Hours: Average of 40 hours per week with a flexible schedule chosen between a start time of 7:00 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. and an end time between 4:00 p.m. and 5:30 p.m.

Summary

The Senior Financial Analyst position is part of the Financial Planning and Analysis team for the Baptist Health Medical Group. This role acts as a lead, assisting the FP&A Manager with complex tasks and projects, developing annual, semi‑annual, and ad‑hoc forecasting and budgeting, and providing relevant and useful information, analysis, and recommendations for effective planning and decision making.

Other Information BS Accounting or Finance required. CPA preferred 5+ years related experience 5+ years data mining experience Public Accounting/Healthcare experience preferred Proficient in Excel, report writing & data presentation Ability to preserve confidentiality and exercise discretion
