Reporting to the Controller, Aggregates and Asphalt, GIP is seeking a highly motivated Senior Financial Analyst to join our finance team in Caledon, ON. This role will be instrumental in providing financial analysis, insights, and support to drive strategic decision‑making and ensure the financial health and growth of the Aggregates and Asphalt team.

Primary Scope Of Role

Preparation and review of the monthly financial statements

Manage monthly balance sheet reconciliation

Identify trends, risks, and opportunities that may affect the organization’s financial performance

Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking

Collect and compile data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and integrity

Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad‑hoc reports, tools, and dashboards
