Senior Financial Analyst

**Description**

SAIC is seeking a **Senior Financial Analyst** to provide support to the Office of the Under Secretary of War for Research and Engineering (OUSW(R&E)) with all phases of the DoW Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process. Candidates must have experience supporting Senior Financial Management / Budget Execution, with experience with acquisition and PPBE processes at the DoW or Service Component Headquarters level.

**This position is full-time onsite at the Mark Center in Alexandria, VA.**

**Responsibilities include:**

+ Assist OUSW(R&E) in developing the Program Objectives Memorandum (POM) and Budget Estimate Submission for R&E, manage internal R&E budget reviews and change/budget proposals; manage and review budget submission entries in Excel and the applicable databases; and develop and review detailed budget justification material (R-Forms, P-Forms, etc.).
