Duties & Responsibilities Full accounting function, from data input to management reporting Data Analysis Support to Financial Manager Analytical Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director Daily Sub-Ledger Balancing Daily Purchase Order Conversions Processing & Review of All Journal Entries Review of Creditors Reconciliations, payment packs, and ageing Income Statement and Balance Sheet Analysis and Review Preparation of the monthly Balance sheet reconciliations and resolving of queries Prepare Manual Journals BEE Reporting Management Reporting Pack Preparation Foreign Payments - Monitor Forex requirements & usage Review & Sign off Cashbooks Back Up to Cashbook Function Back Up to Shipment Costing Function Full Fixed Assets management Adhoc - Assist Financial Manager and CA when requested Desired Experience & Qualification BComm degree or simi...
