Senior Finance Executive (Reporting)

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full spectrum of Accounts Payable functions including vendor invoices, staff claims, and payments.
• Review and authorise AP transactions to ensure compliance with company policies, tax, and statutory requirements.
• Monitor supplier reconciliations, statement reviews, and creditor ageing to ensure timely and accurate payments.
• Strengthen internal controls and ensure proper documentation, audit trail, and compliance.
• Supervise and guide AP team members to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Take ownership of product costing including raw materials, labour, and overhead allocation.
• Monitor and analyse cost variances (material, labour, overhead) and highlight key issues.
• Review and validate costing structures including BOM and production data.
• Work closely with Production, Warehouse, and Procurement to ensure costing accuracy.
