AlphaX is seeking a Senior Site Superintendent / Project Manager to lead complex residential construction projects in the Boston area. In this senior role, you will drive projects from startup through closeout with responsibility for managing multiple active projects.
The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of construction experience, a solid background in multifamily and brownstone renovations, and the ability to independently manage projects with minimal oversight. This role offers a compensation range of $120,000–$160,000 base, plus bonuses and benefits.
