Job Description

Job Summary
Responsibilities:
Conduct failure analysis for AC/DC, DC/DC and LLC power supplies, diagnose electrical failures and propose solutions.
Test power modules with oscilloscopes, multimeters and other tools, analyze the design issues or component failures on PCBA level.
Analyze test log, CPK data, BI log data, and report findings. Support pilot production, troubleshoot for production defects, provide repair guidelines and technical documentations.
Collaborate with R&D teams to optimize designs, ensuring compliance with safety and EMC standards.
Prepare bilingual FA reports and present findings to clients or internal teams. Plan and improve failure analysis capability and capacity continuously, including training technicians.
Oversea travel per requested
Qualifications: 
Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical or Power Electronic engineering etc.
