This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll drive exceptional service delivery, lead a multi-disciplinary team, and ensure the building operates safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day FM operations across a large, complex site.
• Manage an onsite team (FM, Supervisor, 6 Engineers).
• Oversee PPM, reactive works, soft services, and contractor delivery.
• Ensure full Health & Safety and statutory compliance.
• Drive service excellence, efficiency, and innovation.
• Manage budgets and support refurbishments, moves, and space planning.
• Lead audits, risk management, and business continuity.
