What You’ll Do

• Lead end‑to‑end soft services operations for a large client site, ensuring service quality, safety, compliance, and client experience.
• Provide formal supervision, performance management, coaching, and development for staff, and coordinate training and competency development.
• Recruit, select, onboard, and retain staff, establishing work schedules and ensuring appropriate resourcing levels.
• Cross‑train teams to improve resilience, flexibility and succession coverage.
• Own operational delivery: attend/lead client and stakeholder meetings; review service lines for best practice and efficiencies.
