This role is responsible for managing Minor New Works and Capex projects end-to-end while ensuring contractual KPIs, financial targets, and client expectations are consistently met.

• Deliver all FM services in line with the Master Services Agreement (MSA), ensuring KPIs are met and exceeded
• Lead the planning, scoping, pricing, and delivery of capital and minor works projects
• Provide technical advice and identify cost savings and operational efficiencies
• Manage subcontractors to ensure quality, compliance, safety, and performance standards
