Senior Exploration / Appraisal Geologist

About the Role We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Exploration / Appraisal Geologist to join our Subsurface Team based in Madrid. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying, evaluating, and maturing exploration and appraisal opportunities across an international portfolio of upstream oil and gas assets. The position requires a strong technical background in petroleum geology, basin analysis, prospect generation, resource assessment, and field appraisal. The candidate will work closely with geophysicists, reservoir engineers, petrophysicists, drilling teams, and management to support exploration, appraisal, business development, and field development activities. This is an excellent opportunity for a geologist with a proven track record in both exploration and appraisal projects who wishes to contribute to the growth of a dynamic international E&P company.
