Senior Expert

Job Description

The Senior Expert will be a critical member of the Global Output Transformation Team, driving strategic transformation initiatives that strengthen the RUN & Future of Ops Program through efficiency, standardization, automation, and operational maturity. 

This role requires a strong STEM‑oriented mindset, combining analytical thinking, data‑driven decision making, and technology enablement to design scalable, high‑impact solutions. The incumbent will lead automation, productivity, and Gen AI–driven initiatives in partnership with Technology and Operations teams, ensuring tangible financial and operational outcomes. 

The role demands close collaboration with stakeholders across Data Operations, Operations Leadership, Product, Technology, and the broader Transformation organization to elevate delivery quality, process reliability, and client experience.
