In this role, you will play a key part in strengthening core competencies and delivering high-quality engineering solutions that support business growth and strategic projects.

Your role and responsibilities

• Leading and executing complex transmission and gearbox development projects
• Collaborating with internal teams, suppliers, and external partners (e.g., universities, engineering companies)
• Developing, reviewing, and approving advanced technical solutions with a focus on performance and cost efficiency
• Acting as internal technical authority for gear mesh and system-level design topics
