Senior Exercise Planner

Summary About the Position: This position serves as a Senior Exercise Planner for the Joint Activities located in Fort Bragg, North Carolina. Only resumes up to a total of two pages will be accepted. Responsibilities Serve as a liaison officer interfacing with senior leadership in order to ensure the appropriate approvals are obtained and to de-conflict operations for real-world contingencies. Coordinates with US country team and/or local representatives to identify potential exercise locations. Briefs host nation and/or local authorities to obtain permission for conduct of exercise activities. Lead and oversee special operations exercises, involving each of the Geographic Combatant Commanders (GCC) on a rotating basis. Plans and executes a series of global readiness exercises and short duration emergency deployment readiness exercises that directly support COMJSOC requirements.
