Senior Executive - Tenant Relations (Marketing)

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement tenant relations strategies to enhance tenant engagement, satisfaction, and retention across multiple shopping malls.
• Analyze tenant sales performance, feedback, and portfolio data to identify trends, opportunities, and improvement areas.
• Create, standardize, and maintain tenant relations tools, SOPs, communication materials, onboarding guides, and marketing guidelines.
• Lead and coordinate regional tenant engagement programs, campaigns, appreciation events, and portfolio-wide initiatives.
• Provide guidance, training, and support to mall-based Tenant Relations and Marketing teams to ensure best practices and consistent service delivery.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and mall management teams to drive successful execution of tenant-focused programs and projects.
