Senior Executive, Senior Care Division

• Recruit, train and supervise volunteers to support the implementation of Active Ageing activities at designated Active Ageing centres.
• Work closely with the Senior Care and Active Ageing teams to coordinate administrative, finance and procurement processes for Active Ageing services.
• Assist the Manager for Active Ageing services in all MOH service audit of Active Ageing services in respective centres.
• Provide manpower coverage for Active Ageing service when necessary.
• Coordinate with HQ colleagues on implementing outdoor programmes for Senior Care and Active Ageing seniors.
• Support the digitalization of Active Ageing modules in the Senior Care Management System.
• Conduct market research on the needs of seniors aged 50 and above to enhance service offerings for Senior Care and Active Ageing services.
