Key Responsibilities

• Direct buying & order management: manage product purchasing end‑to‑end, including SKU selection and order quantity planning.
• Oversee the full buying process from product development through order placement, production follow‑up, and final shipment.
• Accountable for inventory levels, proactively triggering reorders to ensure optimal stock across European markets.
• China sourcing and production management: liaise with multiple China suppliers, including sampling, costing, negotiation, and bulk production.
• Oversee the complete China production flow: development → sampling → costing → order placement → production → packaging → shipment.
• Ensure production timelines, quality standards, and delivery schedules are strictly met.
• Work closely with Category Management to continuously improve product relevance in the European market.
