Senior Executive, Merchandising (Buyer)

Planning, sourcing material, sample order & accessory.

Handle orders from sampling to shipment to ensure delivery within agreed cost, quality and timelines.

Lead all product development after the designing phase through prototype samples, fit samples and production samples.

Communicate effectively with various departments such as Marketing, Designing, Sampling, and Factory for timely approvals and to resolve any issues that may potentially delay shipment.

Handle regular purchasing material duties and administrative works.

Monitor and coordinate; complete product development till final sample is accurate, quality checks, measurements, comments for changes and final approvals and get quotation.

Prepare cost sheet to determine the selling price.

Handle quality issue with Customer Service department, buyer and factory.

Handle shipment & work close with forwarder.
