We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior HR Executive to manage and strengthen our human resources functions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting business objectives through effective people management, HR operations, and compliance with labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and offboarding
Handle employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance management

Oversee training and development programs to enhance employee capabilities
