Job Summary

The Senior Executive, HR will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment and full-cycle payroll operations for our new brand - XTEP. This role ensures timely talent acquisition, accurate payroll processing, and compliance with Malaysian labor laws and statutory requirements. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle confidential information with professionalism.

Job Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Manage full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management)
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and job requirements
• Draft and post job advertisements on relevant platforms
• Prepare employment offers

Payroll & Compensation

• Handle end-to-end monthly payroll processing accurately and on time
