Job Description
As a Fit-Out Executive, you will support the planning and execution of new store openings, renovations, relocations, and reinstatement projects. You will work closely with internal departments, contractors, and suppliers to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to company standards.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and monitor fit-out projects from planning to completion.
Work closely with Operations, Design, Real Estate, Procurement, IT, and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor site progress and conduct regular site inspections to ensure work quality and compliance with approved plans.
Assist with store handover upon project completion.
Prepare project schedules and monitor timelines to ensure deadlines are met.
Assist in preparing project budgets and tracking project costs.
