Senior Executive ERP Support

Job Brief:
This is a full-time on-site role for an Sr. Executive ERP Support at Intermoda Brands Pvt. Ltd (Lulusar). The position will be responsible for looking after ERP support, day to day operations of ERP, ERP data management, and other MIS systems.
Responsibilities:
· Responsible for the database installation and configurations of D365 store commerce.
· Managing the hardware availability at the stores in case of hardware crash by aligning IT Support and making sure for replacement and database sync.
· Manage backup hardware availability by coordinating with infrastructure team.
· Configuration of the new laptops with ERP software in case of database crash/ hardware malfunction.
· ERP Data management.
· Input of data verifications in ERP.
· Coordination with branches for the level-1 issues and their resolutions.
· Day to day ERP store commerce operations.
· FBR dysconnectivity issues and their connectivity.
