Senior Executive, Environmental Services

Maintain a high level of service standards in the department, assist the Head of Department in the daily running of the department, and ensure continuous improvements to work processes for both Khoo Teck Puat Hospital and Yishun Community Hospital.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

(A) SPECIFIC

• Assist to ensure department operates and complies with applicable laws and regulations.
• Assess, identify and mitigate risks that may hinder operations, reputation, safety and financial well‑being of the organisation.
• Assist to ensure review of department policies, inventory, maintenance of equipment, monitor feedback and manage operational issues, for high levels of work quality.
• Assist to monitor key performance indicators and budget utilisation.
• Assist to manage contracted vendors to ensure compliance to contracts and ensure service standards are maintained.
