Job Location: Vancouver, BC

Compensation: $132,000–$170,000 per year.

In this leadership role, you will own and lead the bid strategy, guiding teams to deliver competitive, high-quality submissions that set us apart. Leveraging your proven expertise in tender preparation, you will direct the end-to-end bid process, from early concept and strategy through final submission, while proactively managing risk, value, and opportunity.

What you will do

• Lead the full-cycle bid process.
• Utilize research skills to identify project-specific prices for key items including labour, equipment, and materials.
• Accurately interpret technical specifications for bid documents.
