Based in the UK, handling Building Tenders for Commercial, Retail, Technology or Industrial Projects. Located at the Head Office – South West London Region off the M25.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary Range of £75-95,000 + Benefits
• Bonus incentives of 15-30% of annual salary, split over the year
• Car allowance
• Solid ground coffee (no instant)

Business & Role

• Strong foothold in Data, Technology, and Pharma space
• Full 360 Design & Build offering to clients on a lump sum basis
• Turnover of £650 Million+ in the UK with work outside the UK
• Non-hybrid working pattern; full-time commitment 9am‑5pm

Responsibilities

• Lead Design & Build bids from first principles, pulling projects apart to assess risk and opportunity
• Research supply chain, programme, and alternative methods of build to propose to client
