Overview

A growing industrial construction firm is seeking a Senior Estimator to lead cost development across piping, equipment, and facility-based projects within the upstream and midstream Oil and Gas and infrastructure sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop accurate estimates from drawings, specs, and bid packages
• Perform takeoffs for piping, valves, equipment, and structural components
• Build labor models using production rates and crew structures
• Identify constructability issues, risks, and scope gaps
• Evaluate vendor/subcontractor quotes and support bid strategy
• Collaborate with operations and engineering to validate execution approach
• Prepare cost summaries, proposals, and estimate documentation
• Manage multiple bids and support project handoff
