Senior Estimator / Estimating Manager - Okanagan

Reporting to the Estimating Manager, the Senior Estimator is responsible for providing Estimating services to aid and support the Project Development, Operations and Estimating departments. The Senior Estimator will be part of the Estimating and Project team environments and provide and coordinate full estimating services on various projects, and contract types. The Senior Estimator will be required to be able to work at varying levels of estimating including conceptual. They are also required to work in a wide range of project delivery models including construction management, design-build, lump sum, and integrated project delivery (IPD).
