• Location: Sunnyside, MB R5R 0E1
• Salary: $100,000 to $120,000 annually (to be negotiated) / 50 hours per week
• Terms of employment: Permanent, full time
• Education: College, CEGEP or other non‑university certificate or diploma of duration 3 months to less than 1 year

• Prepare estimates of labour and/or material costs
• Prepare pre‑qualification submissions to present clients
• Read blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine work requirements
• Prepare master format estimates (Class A)
• Prepare estimates for general expenses and overheads
