LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Senior Estimator with at least 5 years of experience working in a similar role. This is a Temp to Perm opportunity within the Commercial Construction industry, located in Baltic, CT.

Responsibilities:

• Produce detailed quantity takeoffs, cost estimates, and project budgets for a wide range of commercial developments, including office, retail, healthcare, education, industrial, and multifamily projects
• Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and supporting documents to develop accurate and well-supported estimates
• Manage the estimating effort for multiple projects at once, ensuring precision, consistency, and on-time completion
• Request, analyze, and level subcontractor and supplier pricing; prepare scope documentation and confirm full trade coverage
